Getting Started with RAIM SAPT

A quick guide to using the RAIM prediction service

Welcome to the web site for the Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (RAIM) Service Availability Prediction Tool (SAPT).

This website offers a Grid Display Tool and Summary Displays which can be used to graphically view RAIM outage predictions for specific equipment configurations.

It also supports an XML-based web service for automated checking of RAIM compliance (relative to the AC 90-100A rule [pdf] (168KB)) by flight planning software. To read about the XML service please see our RAIM XML help page.

A quick legal note: this system is for flight informational purposes only. Submissions to this system do not generate formal flight plans.

We encourage users to download the User Guide [pdf] (7.3MB) to become familiar with the SAPT site and features.

Users who are looking for files that used to be produced by the original raimprediction.net site should download the latest file formats [pdf] (139KB) document.

Users are encouraged to submit feedback about the operation of the system, using the feedback form.
